Web Development / Lead Generation / Wes Brooks Insurance
Local SEO & Lead Platform for Wes Brooks Insurance

A compliant, trust-led website for an independent Abilene insurance agency, combining seven service-specific search pages, real family photography, structured data, analytics, and a live quote workflow.
01 / The challenge
What had to change.
The agency needed a credible local presence that could rank across multiple insurance lines and turn visits into calls or quote requests. The experience also had to follow TWFG brand requirements, avoid invented reviews or savings claims, and work reliably for a small, relationship-driven business.
02 / The strategy
The moves that mattered.
- 01
Built a static Astro site around one clear conversion goal: request a quote or call a local agent
- 02
Created seven unique service pages with local metadata, canonical URLs, FAQs, and Service/Breadcrumb schema
- 03
Centralized contact details, hours, service area, social profiles, and feature flags in one source of truth
- 04
Implemented a Vercel serverless quote endpoint with Resend delivery and GA4 generate_lead measurement
- 05
Applied the approved TWFG palette and official mark with WCAG AA contrast corrections where required
- 06
Gated all review UI until genuine Google reviews exist and replaced placeholders with real family photography
03 / The outcome
What changed
after the work.
01
7 local service pages
covering the agency’s core lines across Abilene and West Texas
02
First real quote lead
captured through the production form in July 2026
03
Verified Google Business Profile
connected to sitewide schema and customer journeys
04
Lead delivery hardened
with multi-recipient support, audit copies, and documented email follow-up
05
Brand and accessibility review passed
including TWFG approval and WCAG-focused contrast fixes
The takeaway
For a local service business, trust is infrastructure. The strongest version paired accurate local facts and real people with a measurable lead path—and treated delivery after the submit button as part of the product.
